Facebook Connection Issues
Some players have reported issues when connecting via Facebook such as being required to repeatedly connect. Please complete Level 1 before exiting the game or you may be reset and disconnected from Facebook which will cause you to receive a prompt to reconnect to Facebook. Additionally, this may be related to an update on Facebook's and Apple's privacy rules.
The instructions below should help:
- Disconnect and reconnect to Facebook (Account > Sign Out)
- Clear the in-game cache (Settings > Delete Cache)
- Ensure your game is still authenticated on Facebook. See here for more information.
For Apple users still experiencing issues after following the instructions above:

- Tracking
- Toggle “On” for the app or enable "Allow Apps to Request to Track".
- Relaunch the app and log into Facebook.
