If you’re on an Apple device, you may need to adjust some permissions on your device to be able to get connected to Facebook or send/receive Gifts. First, your device will need to be updated to iOS 14.5 or higher.

3. Software Update
4. Download and install.

If you’ve already installed it and have no update available, that’s great!

Once your device is up to date, go to your:

1. Device Settings Page
2. Privacy
3. Tracking.
