Coinzback is your personal rewards safety net in The Win Zone. It is a part of your myVIP benefits and automatically gives you back a percentage of spins that don’t win, turning your zeroes into heroes!
Does Coinzback work for GC and SC?
Yup! It doesn’t matter if you're playing with Gold Coins (GC) or Sweeps Coins (SC). Once it’s unlocked, you can earn up to 5% back on every non-winning spin.
How do I earn Coinzback rewards?
It's simple, just play and spin! Every time you have a non-winning spin, Coinzback calculates a reward based on your VIP Tier and your spin amount.
The higher your tier, the bigger your bonus percentage. Likewise, larger spins unlock better bonus rates. This means you can earn both a tier bonus and a spin bonus at the same time!
We automatically track your play every week from Sunday at 12:00 AM (Midnight UTC) until the following Sunday at 11:59 PM (UTC).
How do I earn MORE Coinzback?
There are two ways to boost your reward:
Level up your myVIP Tier: Higher Tiers mean higher bonus percentages.
Spin more, get more: Spin above GC 1,000 or SC 1 to earn bonuses on top of your myVIP Tier-based bonuses.
Is there a minimum amount before my rewards are sent?
Yes. Your Coinzback rewards are sent once the calculated value reaches a minimum of GC 100 or SC 0.10.
When will I receive my Coinzback rewards?
Check your inbox every Tuesday! Eligible Coinzback rewards will be delivered straight to you in-game.
Don't wait, though! You have exactly 72 hours from the time of delivery to open the message and claim your SC and GC gift. Unclaimed gifts will expire.
Any tips to get the most out of Coinzback?
Unlock the feature by reaching myVIP Tier 5 - That is when you can start to earn Coinzback on every spin!
Spin at or above SC 1 or GC 1,000 to qualify for the best bonus percentages.
Continuing to raise your myVIP Tier beyond Tier 5 will unlock even higher bonus percentages.
Is there a limit to how much Coinzback I can earn?
Coinzback rewards are capped based on your myVIP Tier, meaning that each tier has a maximum reward amount that can be earned and sent out within a given week.
