You may have already seen that redeeming via ACH in the mobile app is deactivated.  We recommend that while this is deactivated, you either use a debit card for redemptions, or you can switch over to the web version of The Win Zone to make your redemption via ACH.  We appreciate your patience while we are working to optimize the mobile app.
