When you are trying to create an account with The Win Zone and you keep getting the message that reads "Socure ID already exists" or "Mobile number already exists. This means that you already have an account with us. If you have already signed up using a different email address, our game will find that your information already exists on the platform and block you from making another account.
Per our Terms of Service, you may only have one account with The Win Zone. Please use the email that you originally signed up with to log in. If you can't remember your password, follow the "forgot password" link to help get you back in and spinning.
