If you are getting an error that your Debit Card redemption is not working, please go through the following troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:
-Try opening a brand new browser (Chrome, Safari, etc) and try again.
-Must have a minimum of 100 SC's to redeem.
-If you are adding a new debit card, double-check you are inputting the correct information, including the debit card number.
-The name and billing address of your debit card that you enter must match the card's name and billing address as it appears with your bank. (If this is different, you might have to call your bank to update it, especially if it's outdated)
-Refreshing your page usually clears a lot of issues.
-Log out and clear your history and cache.
-If not able to redeem via Mobile, try switching to a desktop/laptop/tablet.
If after you have attempted all the steps above, you are still having issues with your debit card redemption, please reach out to customer support.
