If you are getting an error that your Debit Card redemption is not working, please go through the following troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:
-Must have a minimum of 100 SC's to redeem.
-If you are adding a new debit card, double-check you are inputting the correct information, including debit card number.
-The name and billing address of your debit card must match the cards name and billing address. (check directly with your bank if you are unsure.)
-Refreshing your page usually clears a lot of issues.
-Log out and clear your history and cache.
-If not able to redeem via Mobile, try switching to a desktop/laptop.
If after you have attempted all the steps above, you are still having issues with your debit card redemption, please reach out to customer support.
