Until you have cycled or played with your Sweeps Coins, they are considered unplayed and, therefore, cannot be redeemed. You can check the status of your Sweeps Coins in your wallet as they will be separated in three categories: Sweeps Coin balance, Unplayed and Redeemable. Make sure you have Sweeps Coins in your Redeemable section before you attempt to redeem them.
