If you see in your redemption history a canceled redemption, this usually means either:

  1. You initiated a redemption to be canceled and your Sweeps Coins were added back to your balance.

OR

2. There was a problem with your banking information, which will cause the redemption to be canceled and your Sweeps Coins were added back to your balance.  If this is the case, double-check that your information is correct and initiate a new ACH redemption.
