This process will also initiate the identification process to ensure you are the right person going through the redemption process. Make sure you give yourself time to do this step or the redemption process will not go into effect. Once you have completed the redemption request, this should take up to 7 business days. You can find a history of your redemptions and pending redemptions in your games wallet.  If it has been more than 7 business days, and your redemption still shows as pending, please reach out to Customer Support.

When you are ready to redeem your Sweeps coins for an ACH redemption, make sure you have enough redeemable Sweeps coins by heading over to your wallet.  You will need a minimum of 100 Sweeps Coins in order to initiate an ACH redemption.
