In order to be able to redeem your Sweep Coins for real prizes, you must cycle through your Sweep Coins at least once before they are redeemable.  When you are ready to redeem, you will be able to see your redeemable balance.  Your redeemable balance will be what you can use to claim real prizes, but keep in mind, there will be a minimum amount that you can redeem.  For example, to redeem for gift cards, it's a minimum of $50 and to redeem via ACH/Debit it's a minimum of $100.
