We understand you may be hesitant to share your information, but we do this to ensure the protection of our platform, as well as to protect you the player too. You may need to send us proof of your identity and/or address if our records indicate that they don't match.  In this case, you would need to follow the instructions that were prompted, and send a copy of a government issued photo ID, and/or a picture of yourself.  As well, you may also need to send proof of address, this can be a utility bill, phone bill, bank statement or credit card statement.  Make sure they match the requirements laid out in the instructions.  As soon as we can identify your information, you can start playing in The Win Zone.
