In order to sign up for The Win Zone, you must be a qualifying age of 21 and older.  When you initially sign up, you will get an email with a verification link.  Clicking on that link will bring you to a form where you will fill out your qualifying information.  This includes, name, DOB, and address. If you enter a DOB that is not a qualifying DOB, or enter an address that is in one of the prohibited areas, you will not be allowed to sign up for The Win Zone.
