Currently The Win Zone is only available in the United States.  With the exception for Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Washington, and West Virginia.  If you are attempting to sign up and you live in one of the above areas, you will get an error message stating you are not allowed to sign up, due to your location.  This may change in the future as the gaming industry is forever evolving.
