Using Google's and Apple's data transfer will generally not transfer your PLAYSTUDIOS account information.

In order for us to back up your data, you need to connect your game account to Facebook or Apple ID. If you had previously connected your app to one of these services, then all of your stats are saved and your account will restore itself when you reconnect. However, if you had not connected your game account then all of the information is still on your old phone or tablet.
