If you are receiving the following error message that your "reward is not available to be redeemed online" when trying to book your MGM property reward:
it is typically due to a mismatch between your MGM Rewards (formerly Mlife) account name and/or e-mail and your PLAYSTUDIOS myVIP Rewards account name and/or e-mail.
So that we can correct your account information and make sure everything matches please reach out to our support team with the following information:
  1. Your Support Code (this can be located in your in-game Settings Menu)
  2. Your MGM Rewards Membership ID number (formerly Mlife)
We will link your MGM Rewards account to your myVIP Rewards account and update your name and e-mail to match the MGM Rewards account.  
If you need to make a change to your name or e-mail please be sure to update your MGM Rewards account first here.
