Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, reward cancellation limitations were lifted in 2020. Starting on June 1st, 2021 our reward cancellation limits were set at 5 in a trailing 30-day period.

What this means

For reward cancellations, this means that within a trailing 30-day period, up to 5 rewards may be cancelled. This can either be by self-cancellation within the reward system or cancellation by one of our support representatives. Any rewards past 5 cannot be cancelled and must either be used or left to expire. As a reminder, once a reward is expired, it cannot be cancelled and refunded.
