The only way to recover an account is to be connected to the same Facebook or AppleID you connected with previously. Because our accounts are permanently attached to a single Facebook or AppleID, our Support team is  not able to transfer progress or data over to a new account.

Please note that creating a new Facebook or AppleID with the same email address or phone number that was used previously will not recover the account as that creates a new profile with a different ID number.
