Our support can respond either by an in-game request or through our online FAQ. It is generally recommended to contact our support team through the in-game system as this will automatically pull your account's data, including your Support Code, device information, and game version.

To reach our team through in-game support, tap on the icon in the upper-righthand corner of the game, followed by the "help" button. This will bring up our list of FAQs. In the upper righthand corner will be a "Contact Us" button.

When reaching out to our Support Team through our online FAQ, please make sure to select the proper app and device you're using at the top of the window and to provide your Support Code when prompted. This information will direct your ticket to the appropriate queue.
