Your Support Code or User ID is a unique identifier that is linked to each account.

Here are instructions on how to find it in each PLAYSTUDIOS game:

POP! Slots / MGM Slots Live
Pop! Slots and MGM Slots Live will use two different IDs. If you're connected Facebook or AppleID, your support code will be your unique identifier. If your account is not connected to either service, then it will be your User ID.

In the main lobby, next to the "back" button, there is a gear icon. Tap the gear icon followed by "info". This will bring up a support code and User ID. Most interactions in Pop!Slots will require a User ID instead of a Support Code.

In the main lobby after loading the app, tap on the icon in the upper righthand corner followed by the "Settings" button. This will bring up your settings window with your support code about 2/3 the way down.

myVEGAS on Facebook
At the bottom of the screen under the main game window, there will be a list of items. Your support code is between "Support" and "Privacy".

myKONAMI
In the main lobby after loading the app, tap on the icon in the upper righthand corner followed by the "Settings" button. This will bring up your settings window with your support code about 2/3 the way down.

myVEGAS Blackjack
In the main lobby, tap on the three line icon in the bottom lefthand corner of the screen. This will slide out the options tray. Tap on the gear symbol once the tray slides out. Your support code will be listed near the bottom of the window after it pops up.

myVEGAS Bingo
myVEGAS Bingo uses a slightly different code called a "BFID". In the main lobby after loading the app, tap on the icon in the upper righthand corner followed by the "Settings" tab. This will bring up your settings window with your BFID near the bottom.

Unable to log in and receiving an error message
If you are unable to log in and an error message pops up, your Support Code or User ID will be the number listed at the bottom of the window.
