There are two ways to cancel your purchased Room reward:
The first is to send in a ticket either through our in-game or web support with the following information:
- The reward code(s) you'd like cancelled
- A screenshot of your cancelled booking with the booking number (please send in image files, .jpg, .png, etc...)
- The reason for your cancellation.
If your cancellation request meets our requirements and terms of service, we'll be happy to assist with your cancellation.
The other option, if you don't have a screenshot of your cancellation, is to reach out to our reward partner directly and ask that they forward your cancellation request to us. If your request meets their terms of service, it will be forwarded to us and be cancelled within approximately 1 week.
Keep in mind that these steps are only valid for cancelled room rewards and other types of redeemed rewards cannot be cancelled. Also, as of June 1st, 2021 any cancellation requests will be subject to our 10 rewards in 30-trailing days policy.
