Due to the strict limitations involving cruise rewards, the only circumstance under which they may be cancelled is in the event of the cruise itself being cancelled. If you redeemed a cruise reward which was subsequently cancelled, please reach out to our Support Staff with your reward code(s) and a screenshot of the cancellation confirmation you received.

Our team will forward these codes to our reward team for verification and cancellation. Please keep in mind that any cancellation can take up to 2 weeks to verify, though is usually done in less than 7 days.

Also, any cancellation requests will be subject to our 10 rewards in 30-trailing days policy, effective June 1st, 2021.
