Normally when the loyalty isn't syncing up between PLAYSTUDIOS games, this is the result of some lag between our servers. Because we have multiple games on multiple different platforms, it can take up to 24 hours for everything to match up. Though sometimes the update can be forced by force closing all the PLAYSTUDIOS apps, waiting a few moments, then reopening the game's you'd like to play.

It's also possible that you are logged into an anonymous account or a different facebook account. To verify this, please check your support code and verify this short string of letters and numbers matches between all your games. This can be verified with the instructions below:

If you're playing the Facebook game, you can find it at the lower right-hand side between 'support' and 'privacy.'

If you're using the mobile app, you can tap the gear on the top right-hand side. You will then tap on settings. Towards the bottom, it will give you a support code.

If you're using KONAMI Slots, you can tap the Facebook icon at the upper right when you're in the main menu. Tap 'settings' and you will find your support code there near the bottom.

If your support codes do not match between your games, please log out of Facebook in the game account you no longer wish to use, then login with the correct Facebook on that account.
