Rewards are not transferable from one player to another. A reward may only be redeemed by the player who earned the Loyalty Points that were used to purchase the reward.
The first time you purchase a reward you will be asked for two pieces of information: your name and email address. This information will become permanently associated with your rewards account. The name you provide must match the name that appears on your government issued ID as well as your Mlife account.
When a reward is used, you may be asked to present your ID to verify your identity and eligibility to use the reward. MGM reserves the right to deny redemption if your information doesn't match the rewards account. We reserve the right to restrict rewards access to players who purchase rewards on multiple accounts.
