When you're playing our slot games, your game is actually running in two places at once: on your mobile device or computer, and on our game server (which keeps track of your spins, wins and Loyalty Points).  
During a very long play session, your device or computer can sometimes lag a bit behind, due to network connection issues or low memory, even though our servers will have an accurate record of your gameplay and balances, including Jackpot wins. 
If you don't see chips flying up to your chip meter after you win them (such as by winning a Jackpot), a quick fix is to quit and relaunch the game. Once you reload and your device syncs up with our game server again, you should see the correct chip balance again.
