Sometimes after an update or when switching accounts, there can be errors with the Facebook login. This can usually be resolved by following a few steps in this order:  
  • Sign out of Facebook in our app.   
  • If you have the Facebook app, signout of that as well. 
  • Sign out of Facebook in  the mobile browser on your device.  
  • Now open our app and use the Facebook icon to sign in again. 
  • It will prompt you to sign in with your account information.
