Please have your Reward Redemption Code, Email Address, and MGM Rewards number ready when you call so they can assist you more quickly.

 

Please keep in mind that your reservation still needs to be active for the dates to be changed.  If you do cancel the reservation, that counts the reward as being redeemed. Once a reward has been redeemed, we are unable to refund the points from that reward and it cannot be reused to book a new reservation.  This is displayed on the Terms & Conditions of the rewards as set by our partners. You're welcome to contact the reward partner directly and see if they will approve a cancellation on their end. If it is approved, it will be forwarded to us and canceled within approximately 1 week.
