If a reward is redeemed on an account, we are unable to rename the account so that a new user can redeem rewards under the same game. This is an important part of the terms of the rewards program, and why when you purchase your first reward, we ask for your legal name and preferred email address. We explain that this information is permanently associated with your rewards account and is meant to reflect the identity of you, the player. We ask you to reconfirm this information with every rewards purchase for security reasons
If there is a typo on your name or email address or you have changed your name legally we will be able to update your information if you reach out to us with your support code or reward redemption code.
Please note however that our terms of service prohibit transferring rewards accounts from one player to another. The player that initially redeemed the rewards on the account is the permanent owner.
