Normally when Rewards Points aren't syncing up between PLAYSTUDIOS games, this is the result of some lag between our servers. Because we have multiple games on multiple different platforms, it can take up to 24 hours for everything to match up. Though sometimes the update can be forced by force closing all the PLAYSTUDIOS apps, waiting a few moments, then reopening the game's you'd like to play.
It's also possible that you are logged into an anonymous account or a different Apple/Facebook account. To verify this, please check your support code and verify this short string of letters and numbers matches between all your games.
