We are aware that updating myVIP Rewards Account information, Purchasing Rewards, and in some cases accessing the Rewards section on myVIP.co can cause player account information to change.
This is a known bug and our development teams are investigating the issue. In the meantime, we recommend purchasing all rewards through your preferred App's Reward Store and if you need to update your information, reaching out to our Support Team through the App for the quickest response.
If you purchase a reward through myVIP.co, it is also prudent to reach out to our support team via your preferred app to verify your account information is still correct and to prevent further difficulties with redeeming.
