  • Error Code 1002:  The purchase amount is too large to complete the transaction. Please try again with a smaller amount. Otherwise, contact PLAYSTUDIOS customer support or Xsolla customer support for further assistance at help.xsolla.com.  This error may appear when you are trying to use an SMS payment method. Please note that SMS payments are perfect for microtransactions, but may not always work for purchases above $15. For larger payments, we recommend an alternative payment method.
  • Error Code 1019:  The mobile carrier you entered is not supported. Please select a different payment method or contact our customer support for further assistance at help.xsolla.com. This error may appear when you are entering a phone number which cannot be used for a mobile payment. We recommend an alternative payment method. This error may also appear when our security system recognizes your attempt as abnormal. In order to complete a payment, we would ask you to verify your card through our verification process.
  • Error Code 1058:  The transaction was declined. Please use a different card or contact your bank. This error may appear when your bank issuer did not validate your purchase. In order to validate it, you will need to reach out to the bank and inform them that you authorize the purchases with this merchant. You can also use a different card.
  • Error Code 1092: This error may appear when our security system recognizes your attempt as abnormal. In order to complete a payment, we will ask you to provide additional proof of account ownership.
  • Error Code 2009:  It looks like you have exceeded the maximum number of attempts allowed. Please try again using a different card. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support for further assistance at help.xsolla.com. This error may appear when you make several unsuccessful payment attempts in a row. Please contact our support and we can remove the restrictions for your account.
