We have preserved your progress and bonuses from the previous game version that did not feature the new Casino Build feature.  As soon as you reach the equivalent Casino construction level that you had in the previous version of the game, you will see the Star Count go up. We used this approach to guarantee that you wouldn't lose any bonuses or rewards that you had in the previous version.
