Some players have reported issues when connecting via Facebook such as being required to repeatedly connect. This is generally related to an update with Facebook's and Apple's privacy rules.
The instructions below should help:
- Disconnect and reconnect to Facebook (Account > Sign Out)
- Clear the in-game cache (Settings > Delete Cache)
- Ensure your game is still authenticated on Facebook. See here for more information.

- Toggle “On” for the app or enable "Allow Apps to Request to Track".
- Relaunch the app and log into Facebook.
