Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, reward cancellation limitations were lifted in 2020. For the last year, this change meant that reward cancellations were no longer capped by our system at 5 in a trailing 30-day period. Starting on June 1st, 2021 our reward cancellation limits will be set again at 10 in a trailing 30-day period.
What this change means
For reward cancellations, this means that within a trailing 30-day period, up to 10 rewards may be cancelled. This can either be by self-cancellation within the reward system or cancellation by one of our support representatives. Any rewards past 10 cannot be cancelled and must either be used or left to expire. As a reminder, once a reward is expired, it cannot be cancelled and refunded.
What's staying the same
Methods for cancelling rewards will remain the same. You can either cancel them in-game or by contacting our support representatives. Any rewards which were redeemed and require a cancellation must be requested either directly by our partners or by our support representatives. Cancelling redeemed rewards will also be subject to our 10 rewards per trailing 30-day period.
